Ashby Wells House has been tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished giving the property a contemporary feel whilst retaining many 1950’s features.

Ashby Wells House has full gas central heating with additional heating from an open fire in the bright open plan kitchen diner. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and a washing machine. Fuel for several fires is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included.

The house has two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and a cosy single bedroom. There is a separate bathroom with a tiled floor and a powerful shower over the original deep enamel bath.

The property has been decorated to a high standard and is light and spacious.

The kitchen diner is fully equipped and in the winter gives you an opportunity to cook breakfast in front of a roaring open fire. In the summer the French windows open out the fully enclosed established garden and the well stocked herb bed.

There is also a cosy sitting room with a classic French enamel stove set in the tiled fireplace. The hallway maintains the original oak block parquet flooring. The pantry provides ample storage space for a range of provisions.

Ashby Wells House has a large and well stocked mature garden and a range of garden furniture for enjoying the outside on warm sunny days.

The house has wireless broadband and a docking station for ipod/iphone so you can enjoy your own films and music.
